Lions Park

The Meadow Lake Lions' Park is operated & maintained by the City. Park passes are not necessary to enter the park or to stay at the campgrounds. This park features 2.8km of paved walking path. Sponsored benches & tables are strategically placed along the trail for resting.

Many of the sports facilities were upgraded when Meadow Lake hosted the 2012 Saskatchewan Summer Games, and new features continue to be added thanks to community partners.

Shared Path

Located in Lions Park, and extending into the community along the "Connecting Communities" pathway to connect to our Lions Park path to the path at Flying Dust (Northeast of the city limits), this shared path is maintained by Parks & Recreation to enable year-round use.

Pineridge Ford Amphitheatre

Located in Lions Park, this outdoor theatre is available for rent for weddings, concerts, and other outdoor events. Bleacher style seating is available upon request. Rentals include access to the sound and light systems.

Lion Parks Campground

The campground is located within Lions Park and sites can be booked through the Visitor Center at the northwest entrance to the park. More information here.

• One Fastball Diamond with grass infield (Diamond 1 / Assman Field)
• Four Recreational Diamonds for Softball and Slow Pitch (Diamonds 2-5)
• One Youth Ball Diamond (Diamond 6)

• Playground Equipment - swings, slides, teeter-totters, monkey bars
• Football Field, Score Clock and Announcers Booth
• Paved Walking Path (approximately 2.8km loop)
• Rubberized Running Track(standard outdoor oval, stretching 400 meters around the inside lane)
• Long Jump Pits and High Jump Pad
• Discus Cage, Shot Put Area, Javelin Throw

• Beach Volleyball Court (added 2020)
